High or low foot end?
Our bed frames come with the choice of having a high foot rail, which usually sits higher than a mattress at the foot end and makes more of a statement, or a low end, which will follow on from the side rails around the foot end in a seamless line - ideal for taller sleepers who need to stretch out.
Which mattresses are suitable for wooden beds?
You can use any of our mattresses on our wooden bed frames; we sell these separately. The choice is huge and shouldn't be restricted to the style of frame you select. Choose from no-turn options, breathable natural mattresses and memory foam options.
Important considerations…
Always check the space available in the room you wish to use the bed! Wooden bedstead dimensions are not standard and can be significantly bigger than the mattress you are using on it. Measure carefully and don't forget to check the floor space around the bed so you can easily walk and move around the room. See each product listing for measurements.
